Real shops, real closes

We're in pilot with Australian operators across four trades. Rather than borrow logos we haven't earned, here's exactly how they're using it — and what changed.

  • Pilot merchants
  • Four trades
  • Honest numbers

How they run

Four setups, four different problems solved

Two-chair barbershop, Adelaide

Walk-in queue plus online bookings on one screen, Tap to Pay at the chair, and commission split between an employed barber and a chair renter. Cash-up went from twenty minutes to under five.

Salon and retail, Sydney

Colour formulas and patch-test tracking at the chair, treatment and take-home product on one docket, and a rebooking prompt at checkout that lifted forward bookings noticeably.

Café with retail beans, Hobart

Morning-rush ordering, kitchen and bar ticket routing, tip pooling, and packaged goods tracked in the same inventory as the menu.

Mobile services operator, Perth

Quotes sent by SMS, deposits collected at booking, and payment taken on a phone at the customer's door. Debtor days effectively went to zero.

Why they moved

The same three reasons, every time

Nobody switches software for fun. Pilot merchants moved because the numbers weren't trustworthy, the systems didn't talk, or the close took too long.

  • Bookings and the till were two separate truths
  • Stock counts drifted and nobody could say why
  • End of day took longer than the last hour of trade
  • Card costs were invisible until the statement arrived

We work closely with early merchants and take feedback seriously — sometimes uncomfortably so.
